For 15 years, The Yoga & Polarity Center has continued to grow with dynamic classes and other offerings. From beginner classes to advanced level to teacher trainings and workshops, we have something for everyone.  

Important:
All classes are cancelled for Sunday, August 28, 2011 due to the impending storm.  May we all be safe as we weather the storm together!

On Monday, September 5 all classes are cancelled EXCEPT the 9am class with Anu.  Happy Labor Day!
